I call this Banana Muffin Bread because it is Betty Crocker’s Muffin recipe…but made into a loaf. So it’s not quite what you typically may think of as banana bread. And yes, indeed, I added lots of mini chocolate chips.
Ingredients
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
½ c. oil
1 c. mashed bananas
2 c. flour
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
3 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
optional: chocolate chips, nuts, etc.
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottoms only of about 12 medium muffin cups. Beat egg; stir in milk, oil, and bananas. Stir in remaining ingredients all at once just until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy). Fill muffin cups about ¾ full (or fill your loaf pan). Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes for muffins or 35 minutes for loaf. Immediately remove from pan.
Happy to see that you are improving your sewing skills. Hurray for you.
Be sure to mark all the arrows, I learned a long time ago to cut the arrow out instead of in, that way it doesn’t stress the fabric. Just a hint from an older then me seamstress. For my own sewing I cut a single arrow for the fronts of sleeves and same for the bodice front, cut a double with a squared top instead of a point for the back of sleeves and bodice backs. /\ instead of V
Will be waiting to hear how your dress turns out.
