I promise these posts won’t go on forever. But I know myself pretty well, and I know that if I dive full throttle into a change of diet, it won’t last very long. By breaking it into chunks and getting used to each change, it’s a lot more likely to stick for me.
So this week, I cleaned out my pantry and gave up the 100-calorie packs, baked chips, crackers, sugary granola bars, and the other plethora of items that I keep on hand. These things are such quick and easy snacks, and when they advertise “sugar-free” and “low-calorie,” they are all the more tempting. But I’m officially letting them go…sorry Kroger! Your snack aisle might hurt a little.
My cleaner eating:
1. No coffee, soda, or caffeine of any kind.
2. No processed, frozen treats or meals with unpronounceable ingredients.
3. No processed pantry items.
you go girl
