Oh we ate some very delicious foods on our trip to Boston, the best of which included seafood, of course. Mr. Jonathan took me to a very nice dinner Friday night, where I had fresh pan-seared scallops and he ordered salmon that had just come in that day.
But the highlight of the food adventure was when we discovered Boston’s farmers market, just a block or so from the ocean, near Quincy Market. Some fishermen were selling fresh oysters and clams, and were already fresh out of oysters. So we ordered our six clams and watched a fisherman open and unshell them for us.
Then…we hotsauced ’em up and sucked ’em down!
