We did it. Lu and I spent a few Saturday hours making Bakerella‘s Ice Cream Cone Cake Pops.
There was some cone-sawing involved.
There were makeshift ice cream cone holders made.
Each of these little “ice cream balls” is filled with a moist and delicious chocolate cake center…
Topped with a cherry, of course!

They are so frickin cute! And look very timely to make! I’m not sure my baking skills would be ready for those yet!
