I have to say that roomie one and roomie two and I are officially pretty awesome brunch hostesses…if I do say so myself. We discovered this via our Labor Day Weekend Brunch, with about fifteen of our closest friends.
The Menu:
Baked French Toast (or what is left of it…)
Quiche
Hashbrown Casserole
Pioneer Woman’s Vanilla Scones
Pioneer Woman’s Make Ahead Muffin Melts
And an assortment of fruit, bread, and pound cake.
And, of course, mimosas.
Seemed like everyone was quite content…
