For more months than I care to admit, I have had a cake mix sitting in my pantry: a Williams-Sonoma Cookies and Cream Pound Cake. I decided it was high time I bake this little box.
Overall, it was delicious. How could anything from WS not be? But I have to admit that I think I over baked it a little, causing the edges to be just a little dry (vs. a pound cake’s typical consistency). This would’ve been a perfect cake to have as part of an ice cream sundae or something like that. Instead, I sliced it for a party I was attending.
Big thanks to mom who bought this for me FOREVER ago. It was a great little party cake!
