This was an experiment in “jazzing up store bought crescent rolls” for brunch last weekend. It was so easy, and so yummy.
First, spread out your store bought rolls and give them a little sprinkle of cinnamon (yes, I bought reduced fat…every little bit helps, right?).
Next, the chocolate. Yes, I only used 5 chips on each, but if you want it REALLY gooey delicious, use more.
Wrap them up and brush a little egg wash on…
…and give them another healthy dose of cinnamon.
Bake according to package directions, and VOILA! You have just easily doctored up a store bought classic. Moral of the story: there is no such thing as too much cinnamon. Ever.
