Spinach Feta Artisan Bread

I found this recipe over at Baking and Books and adapted it just a tad.  For one thing, I cut it in half to make only two loaves instead of four.  I also substituted half of the flour with whole wheat flour.  The result?  A nutty, delicious homemade bread.  A perfect side for a lunch time salad.

What a wonderfully crusty crust it has…
