Tasty Tuesday: Honey Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies

I finally made them!  And man, they are GOOD!  You can find the recipe here at recipegirl.com.  I didn’t have wheat pastry flour on hand, but I did have regular wheat flour.  So I threw that in the blender along with the oats for a few seconds to really fluff them up.  It helps keep the cookies from being too dense!  Also, I only had about 1/3 cup of creamy peanut butter, so I filled in the rest with crunchy and it seemed to work just fine 🙂  Enjoy!
